Meridian Utility Billing installed a new billing system effective August 29th. To set up a customer portal account, click the "Don't have a username and password? Get a login account here." link above. Note: NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER FORMAT Your account number is now a 10-digit number with a dash before the last two digits...No Dots! The new format is 8 digits then a dash "-" and 2 digits. If your account number was ony 9 digits in the previous billing system, then add a zero as the first digit to your account number.
Ex: Previous Format: 1.23.4567.89 >> New Format: 01234567-89. For questions, please contact Meridian Billing via phone at 208.888.4439 or via email at utilitybilling@meridiancity.org. Thank you!
